Summary: Great hotel, quiet location with good amenities and walking paths around the property. Only downside is the lack of tv streaming channels or at least a smart tv or media player to access your own streaming options.

Summary: We found a smell of smoking 🚬 in our room. We were assured that it could not be the case as it is a no smoking room and smoke detectors would be triggered but there was a smoking smell quite obvious. The room was sprayed by staff as no other room was available. In general there are areas of the property that need investment re wiring, painting and decorating. The buffet breakfast was OK but nothing out of the ordinary.

Summary: Great hotel, a couple of min from the busy town but not far , lovely view of Kinsale inlets, calm and quiet very friendly staff, Inma was welcoming and warm, very friendly just the right amount of courtesy. Food at the restaurant was nice although a bit slow when the restaurant was empty so maybe something they could improve. We didn’t use the SPA so I can’t comment although the sun beds outdoors looked a bit tired and perhaps need a revamp. There is a lovely walk down to the beach that we really enjoyed it was magically quite, so quite you could hear the seaweed bubbling! The breakfast buffet was also very nice, a fresh selection of full Irish delights which we enjoyed at the balcony served with fresh blend of tasty tea and coffee and a stunning sea view, Patrick was our breakfast host who had a particular mix of humorist, friendly and enthusiastic welcoming. Definitely a good choice for a trip to Kinsale. Zero regrets given, many memories taken.

Summary: Magnificent property- stunning views- lots of land around. Spa seems first class. Very close to town but our gps got us lost after returning from music in Kinsale. Clean room! Can’t comment on breakfast since we slept thru it but they gave us scones and coffee after hours . Too short a visit .
