Positive: I slept well. The staff was friendly.
Negative: There was a live spider and a spiderweb in the bathroom on the counter. There was a dead moth on the floor by the AC unit. The coffee cup lids were too big for the cups for the coffee machine in the room, so I burnt my hand multiple times carrying my drink. Finding the hotel itself was extremely difficult. There was no signage from the road you turn onto, and then the building itself says "The Venue" and not "Kingston Regency Inn". My room was a 12-minute walk from the hotel lobby, which was extremely undesirable. Furthermore, I have been attempting to resolve a partial refund dispute between the hotel and booking.com for almost 3 weeks now and haven't received a partial refund.
Summary: Hotel was not up to my standards due to room neglect and location issues. Not worth the money.

Positive: Bed was comfortable. Staff offered to remedy an issue we had with the sink. They offered to relocate to a new room, but chose not to since it was a short stay.
Negative: Hallways smelled, sink did not drain (would fill with water & take 5-10 minutes to fully drain). Breakfast was not included.

Positive: Convient location and staff was really nice. Pretty clean but some things definitely need some updates
Negative: We arrived on Monday April 30th and we had issues with our door lock pad since we walked up. Had cards changed right away and still problems. Maintenance had to use a key to get us in as the whole pad was dead or broken. A bit of an inconvenience but staff was really nice. Pool was closed and we were hoping to use it as we looked for hotel with a pool. Shower was older and our drain was broken with plug just hanging out. You can smell mold and see all the black build up down the drain. Also a bit tight on space in the bathroom
