She checked in both before and after our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, which made us feel genuinely cared for. The home itself exceeded our expectations. It was cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The gardens were beautifully maintained, with vibrant dahlias adding a lovely touch of color and charm. The overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing—just what we were hoping for. I stayed with my sisters to celebrate a birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting. Positive: The house and surrounding gardens are beautiful. We were 8 people, two families with kids, and everyone was comfortable (and each had a robe!), beds were very comfortable as well. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we ever had on a vacation rental. There is a herb garden, games, two living rooms, ample space and everything was clean and beautiful. Kathy is the most welcoming host, always available for questions and travel advice. To sum up, this was no doubt one of the best rentals we stayed at. Thank you Kathy!

Positive: How thoughtful to provide the waffle/pancake mix and syrup!!! The array of coffee offerings was astounding!!! We had everything we needed for a sumptuous breakfast and more!!! The hot tub provided each member of our group the opportunity to relax and enjoy the view of the garden. The birds sang to us and we felt as if we were in a wonderland. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Negative: There is literally nothing that could be any better about this house or its host.
