Summary: We love this hotel - we pretty much always stay here, and this trip was no exception to our amazing experiences. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shampoo/conditioner/soap was amazing (as usual) and the staff was very accommodating when we needed extra stuff.

Summary: Quite a disappointing experience! Paying over $350 a night for a hotel room in November in Kingston and freezing in our room at 18°C is completely unacceptable. The receptionist’s only response was, “Oh, I’m sorry,” while sitting by her own heater. There was no manager on a Sunday, usually peak time for hotels, and the reception staff seemed hesitant when addressing the issue. On top of that, the cleanliness was lacking — there were no Kleenex in the room. Where is the customer service and guest satisfaction? This hotel is not up to Marriott standards.
