Positive: Exceptional Stay – A True Gem We booked two rooms for the weekend of Goodwood Revival — one a suite and the other a spacious double — and both were absolutely perfect. Duncan and Craig are exceptional hosts, and their home is simply stunning. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and everything is finished to the highest standard. Duncan welcomed us on Friday evening and showed us to our immaculate rooms, both beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable — so much so that we asked for the brand to replace our own at home! The duvets and pillows were luxuriously soft, guaranteeing one of the best night’s sleep we've ever had. The bathrooms, too, were pristine and beautifully appointed. Even though it was getting late on Friday evening, Duncan kindly made us a pot of tea, and we relaxed in the beautifully decorated lounge. Their hospitality is truly second to none — nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast on Sunday was outstanding: top-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, and thoroughly enjoyable. Duncan and Craig are genuinely lovely people, and it was a joy to stay in their wonderful home. As a bonus, we also got to meet Hudson the Great Dane — a gorgeous and gentle giant who added even more charm to our stay.

Positive: Before I arrived, Duncan was seeing to every detail that could bring comfort and ease after a long day of travel. Upon arrival, he had arranged a platter with my food sensitivities in mind that was delivered to my room so I could settle in. Every detail from the comfort of the bed to the beauty of the color and art throughout the house, the warmth of the dining room, the views, calming and serene that surround the house has been considered. Craig and Duncan could not have been more attentive and charming throughout my stay. Breakfast and coffee alone is worth the visit. I was greeted one morning with a full English breakfast for me and a friend who'd come to visit. The next morning was just as good with a delicious omelette, yoghurt and berries. There are inviting sitting areas throughout and around the house good for working, socializing or reading. Taxis were arranged throughout my stay making it easy to go see things in the area and there is much to see and enjoy. The experience is unlike any I've had at an Inn or bed and breakfast. The stay at Kingsley House is something else that has its own category where attending to the traveler's interests and needs is priority within a most calming and beautiful environment.

Positive: BOOK THIS PLACE NOW! Set in beautiful grounds, this recently refurbished property makes for the perfect stay. The owners go above and beyond to make the whole trip comfortable and easy, even booking taxi's and organising restaurants. They really want you to fully enjoy your stay. The rooms are immaculate and finished to a high specification. I highly recommend that you make the time to enjoy this place like we did. You will not be disappointed.
