Kings Studio is a warm, cozy and romantic hideaway. It is fitted with a new bathroom and kitchenette. Sunshine streams into the airroom all day long and a warming gas log fire is perfect for those nights when you just want to snuggle in with a glass of wine and a picnic! There is a brand new split cycle system installed to also keep you cool in the hot summer months and warm in winter as well as a cosy gas log fire.
Kings Studio is totally private with its own entrance and is separate from the main house.
We’ve just completed a mini makeover, painted the walls, ceilings and floors and added new furniture, rugs, couch covers, linen and used a neutral colour palette, which we believe will help our guests to really relax and enjoy the time away. Plantation shutters also offer you both privacy and light control. You have your own private deck to sit and enjoy the bird life and the soothing sounds of running water cascading over the river stones.
We can provide a gourmet platter ($125) delivered to your door. Please book in advance as we source local and organic produce (where possible).
If you would like to indulge in a massage, please let us know as we have an in-house massage therapist who will come to the studio for your comfort (you will need to book in advance as she is a busy therapist). Ladies (1 hour) $120, and gents (1 hour) $150 plus relaxing facials $95. Our massage therapists are fully qualified with many years of experience.
Kings Studio is only 1km to quaint Leura Village with stunning shops, restaurants, bars and transport.

Summary: Kings Studio has a peaceful and charming feel including gas fire.Kim & Ian are very hospitable and were able to provide a delicious dinner delivered to our door.Leura Mall is about a 5 min drive away. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Summary: Fabulous. The attention to detail has been lovingly thought about in this beautiful property renovated with excellent style and taste. Spoil yourself on arrjval an order the amazing food platter ..we ordered the large and so very glad we did. Scrumptious. The large king bed with crisp sheets felt seriously expensive and indulgent. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed and the bathroom extras were excellent. Sun streamed through the patio doors onto our hidden verandah and a vista of autumn trees awaited with the added bonus of the sounds of the running creek nearby. Ian and Kim were friendly and welcoming and there to help with anything you needed but in no way were they intrusive. Can't wait to return. Thankyou. hudeaway.

Summary: A beautifully presented and spacious self-contained studio set in a quiet residential street that is a short drive from Leura's main shopping street. Has everything for a short break. Plenty of pillows, towels, bathroom supplies etc.The bed wasn't as comfortable as we hoped but that may just be because our bad backs are more problematic than most people. Basic breakfast supplies like muesli, supermarket bread, muffins, fruit, milk, tea/coffee, spreads are included (no eggs but we manage to find some in Aldi). There is a kitchen bench and portable induction cooktop and fry pan for light cooking and a small refrigerator. The couple who run the property are responsive and helpful. They have a total of three units on the properties available for bookings, and live on site. They showed us the 1brm Creek Cottage that has a proper kitchen which we will probably book next time so that we can do a little bit more cooking ourselves. Tip: If you are sensitive to fragrances, do contact the owners beforehand as there is a very strong reed diffuser in the bathroom that permeated the whole unit. I am sure they would not mind removing it before arrival.

Summary: We totally enjoyed our stay in the Kings Studio apartment while visiting the Blue Mountains.The studio was actually a little hard to find on arrival to the property, but luckily the host was out the front to help us with directions to the entrance and parking area.The room itself was a good size and was tastefully decorated with lovely plush furnishings and a super comfy bed. It also had access to a private deck area at the back, which provided a beautiful cool space to relax at the end of each day.The only let down was that the bathroom area was a bit on the small side, which was a small gripe given the rest of the studio's attributes.

Summary: Perfect for our weekend getaway, enjoying the beautiful Blue Mountains bushwalks and lovely restaurants and shops of Leura. Very well equipped, comfortable, cosy studio. Nice little breakfast provided as well. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: I booked at very short notice for a weekend away in the mountains and was happy to find this lovely place still available. It was the perfect spot to relax, very clean and beautiful interior, lovely deck surrounded by bush and garden and in a quiet location away from the main road. Kim and Ian were great hosts.
