Positive: The family room was quite spacious. The hotel had decent bones and would be quite lovely if renovated.

Negative: The hotel didn’t even open until 4pm and we arrived early in horrendous weather. The room was very tired. Hard, worn out beds.

Negative: If your looking for quick service with food probably best going round to greggs first day we booked table was informed there was 4 tables in front of us and they were getting served first took 45mins to get starters and another 45 to get main in between that had to ask the only person serving for drinks, breakfast next day was a lot quicker the boy doing every job possible was amazing then final day back to waiting again same person serving from first day went in at 8.30am was finally served at 9.15am with a check out time at 10 am.. Also ano its a pet friendly hotel but getting woke up about 4am with the dog barking and the person banging doors to take it out for walk is not good..
