Positive: It was lovely and clean morag went above and beyond it was in a quiet location it was easy to find the bed was extremely big and comfortable the evening meal was lovely and so was the breakfast we had a fruit salad with Greek yoghurt and honey there was cereal available then we had a cooked breakfast with bacon and eggs fresh orange and apple juice and then there was tea and coffee we would definitely recommend the hightae inn and we will use it again has a stop off when travelling further up to the north

Positive: Amazingly well furnished, spacious, spotless room. Morag was a fantastic host who bent over backwards to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. She provided a delicious three course dinner, which was truthfully one of the best meals we’ve ever had!

Positive: Breakfast brilliant. Plenty of fruit, cereals & juice awaited us. Cooked breakfast options made individually & to order by the host - Morag. Very comfortable dining room, within a beautifully restored, cosy & traditional former inn. Lovely first floor ensuite bedroom. What started our short stay off perfectly was the host - Morag - having a fresh pot of tea ready on arrival in the late evening. And she then sat & chatted convivially with us. An interested & interesting person, who clearly enjoys hosting at the property, which is her own home. Very good at it too!
Negative: Absolutely nothing. This was amazingly good!
