Summary: It did what we needed it to do. The biggest issue was the correct address needed to be added to the listing. The neighbors were friendly, and I know people have talked about the area, and it's not the best, but we did not feel unsafe or anything. The owner checks in regularly, which is cool. If you need a home base while you enjoy Birmingham, this place will do just fine.

Summary: The listing is deceptive because it shows up in the 2 bath filter, it also list the 2nd bath as 1 and half bath (which makes you think it is a Jack and Jill bathroom) but this is a one bathroom with a half bath in one of the bedrooms. The home is older but cozy. The neighborhood is quite but I was uneasy with some of the activity on the street. I might stay here again but not for the price I paid to rent this home
