Summary:
Stylish and practical in a central location this townhouse has 3 airconditioned bedrooms full kitchen and laundry facilities with 2 toilets. This generous size townhouse is one of 6 in a well-managed complex with a mix of small business and residential in the immediate neighborhood. With a lot to offer the business professional, couples, singles or families visiting town for short or long term stays this property is hard to go past & is located a short walking distance from the Bundaberg CBD & Hinkler Shopping Centre.
The Space:
The lounge room, kitchen, dining room, laundry & 2nd toilet are downstairs with 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Fitted out with all the furnishings you need in your home away from home including but limited to washing machine, dishwasher and a 55” HD TV with Chromecast connected, to allow Netflix, YouTube and more, to be streamed from your own device on NBN internet.
The bedding configuration is as below;
Master bedroom- 1x King bed (Can be swapped with 2x King-Singles on request)
Second bedroom- 2x King-Single beds (Can be swapped with 1 King bed on request)
Third bedroom- 1x Queen Bed
Access to the property is via the front door into the lounge room and from the garage through a small hall leading into the laundry equipped with a new washing machine. There is a clothesline in the small rear courtyard. This property is continually being upgraded and is cleaned by professional motel cleaners. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry.
Extras included:
- All beds are made up with fresh quality linen
- One bath towel per guests is supplied
- Basic kitchen items included tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc.
- Laundry detergent, soap and toilet paper are supplied for your first few days
- Complimentary wi-fi free of charge
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the, kitchen, bathroom, lounge, laundry, garage & the back courtyard. Please note, outside the front of the house and the driveway through the complex is common area for residents. The available bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property (see house rules below), additional rooms can be made available on request, additional fees of $25 per room, per night will apply.

Getting Around:
Close to the heart of Bundaberg you will find yourself only a 12 minute walk away from one of our major shopping centers, Hinkler Central. Another 10 minute walk away and you will find yourself browsing the many shops, cafes and restaurants Bundaberg has to offer. If you find yourself looking for public transport the nearest bus stop sits a quick 2 minute walk away.
Other Things to Note:
There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions.
If a pet is found on premises a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry.
Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available if there are any issues or concerns that arise, but otherwise we are quite happy to have a hands-off approach to allow you to enjoy your stay as you please.
