This property is sure to please a variety of guests. The beds are all new and very comfortable, with multiple pillow and blanket options. The Decor and atmosphere of the property is designed to set your mind at ease. For those requiring a quiet work space, there is a dedicated office set away from the rest of the home.
Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. Garage will accommodate 1 vehicle comfortably. Guest is provided a remote to open and close the garage door throughout the stay. Nothing beats driving into the garage on a rainy summer day.
We are a dog friendly home for well behaved house trained dogs under 35 pounds. There is a dog fee of $65 per dog per reservation. We are FIRM with the cancellation policy. PLEASE obtain third party travel insurance and we will be happy to assist you with a claim. We cannot refund for cancellations that are outside of the refund period for any reason.
We use luxury down bedding in all our properties for superior comfort. We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic. We employ Wynd sentry detectors which will alert us if any kind of smoking is detected. Guest understands that reservation will be immediately terminated without refund if we are alerted by the detectors. There is an additional $500 fee for smoke remediation if smoking occurs or manages to permeate the inside the property. Inconsiderate guests that ruin the space for others with their smoking have necessitated we take these measures. We recommend that careless smokers find a more accommodating space to book. Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this Tallahassee property! The whole experience was easy, clean, and incredibly convenient — it truly exceeded my expectations.One thing that really stood out (and might seem small, but was such a big deal for us) was the attention to detail: having TVs in every bedroom was a nice touch, but especially having small garbage cans in each room. We stay in several rentals throughout the year, and our #1 complaint is always having to scramble for shopping bags to use for trash in the bedrooms. It was such a delight to see this simple but thoughtful detail already taken care of here!We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed stay in Tallahassee.

Summary: No complaints on this 2 night stay. The host was accessible via text and we experienced no issues. My only callout for the property management group is that a lot could be done in the backyard to make this a social area. For example, There are patio chairs -but no tables. And, some weeding/debris cleanup and some fun lighting (and a grill!) would make a big difference and make that space more usable. Still rating 5 stars as we had what we needed and enjoyed our short stay.
