Summary: Great rooms with lots of amenities (welcome brownies, coffee, tea, minibar, slippers, robes, umbrella, etc). Bicycles are available through front desk. Hospitality hour is held nightly with wine, sangria, sake with appetizers. The concierge was extremely helpful. The hotel is about a 9 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Summary: Everything was near perfect for my stay. The staff was wonderful in every way and helped with getting cabs, room service and storing luggage until I was ready to depart. The hotel is in a great location and easy to navigate from. I'll be staying here again during my next trip to Tokyo.

Summary: Great room and awesome staff. We had a few meals here and they were somewhere between mediocre to bad, so I’d stay away from the food, but otherwise wonderful hotel and great location- close to everything but a quieter direct area.
