Summary: Expected more from Kimpton. The rooftop has so much potential but it was a hodge podge of furniture and self service. TV in my room did not work. Coffee in lobby was empty for almost an hour between 7:45-8:45am. Cook in restaurant was rude when we asked for more chips with our appetizer. Check in staff were super nice

Summary: The customer service experience was excellent and staff extremely pleasant. We enjoyed the rooftop, which was the highlight. The only thing that would be perfect is adding shower doors. You end up with wet bathroom floors but this is not a dealbreaker. We will definitely come back again soon!
