Summary: The location was perfect and most of the staff were very friendly. The bellboys and breakfast staff were especially great. However, the check-in experience was poor — the guy at reception couldn’t find my reservation and just said, “No, can’t find your booking,” without offering any help. I had to type my name on my phone and show it to him before he finally found it. The room itself was also disappointing. It had a small window in the back corner facing a wall, and it didn’t even open. The bathroom amenities were very basic. Overall, for the price we paid, it felt quite overpriced.

Summary: hotel perfectly positioned, checked in early staff were amazing including concierge, and valley parking staff nice well presented, with good ambiance, room was ok bathroom looked a little tired, over bath shower (should be upgraded to walk in shower). Issue with tv/remote not working turned out position of TV prevented remote from working, maintenance guy sorted so no issue)

Summary: Incredible birthday night away, got two free drinks for the occasion for the hotel bar BABA, as well as the lovely woman on check-in who gave us an upgraded room for the occasion. I don’t remember her name but she was working on 20/06 and was so lovely and helpful. Had a slight leak with the A/C which didn’t bother us at all, but it was immediately fixed whilst we were popped out for the evening and two gin and tonics were left for us on our return. Lovely food and drinks, beautiful hotel no complaints at all. Also check out in 12 so no rushing at all. 5 Stars all round.
