Positive: It was a decent room and facility given that it was on the lower spectrum of the price range for this area. It was not in the main section of Bar Harbor but we liked being off the beaten path. The pool was fine and efforts were made to maintain the property.

Negative: The bed was hard and the sheets and towels were inexpensive and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was clean but the property is a bit dated and needs some updating.

Positive: Beautiful place and excellent location! Great view of the harbor. Very friendly staff. Best restaurant in the area is adjacent to the hotel! Leave the chaos in Bar Harbor and stay in northeast harbor at Kimball Terrace Inn👍

Positive: Loved the location. It was peaceful. Close to Arcadia National Park, restaurant right next door with excellent food.

Positive: Kimballl Terrace is beautiful. The grounds are extremely well cared for, the office clean and our room (124) was spotless. The view from the room was the harbor. We had a great time !!! We would definitely come back!

Positive: Location to the Harbor and downtown. And there was a restaurant on site. The room had ample space to move around and it had a nice balcony. Staff was very pleasant.

Negative: Price of the room was a little high I thought for off season. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. Had to go down to the lobby for this.
