The location is perfect: there’s a supermarket nearby, Kiketi Farm is just a 15-minute walk away, and the surrounding forest offers beautiful hiking trails. The property itself is incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully considered. The lush greenery around it makes the whole place feel like a little paradise. What made my stay truly unforgettable were the hosts. Natalya was exceptionally attentive—she prepared several delicious meals and was incredibly kind throughout my stay. I came here to recharge and rest, and this place delivered exactly what I needed. I already know I’ll be returning in another season—especially after seeing how breathtaking the fall colors are.

Negative: There was nothing not to like.

Positive: It was a wonderful experience. The cottage is beautiful and clean. It has a beautiful and well-maintained yard. Kiketi Farm is a 10 minute walk from the house. The hosts are amazing. We met Mrs. Natalia, who is the sweetest, most caring and warm. And the highlight of this house is the dog Vicho, who will make you fall in love as soon as you see him. 100000% recommend this place. We will definitely come back.

Positive: Well, where do we start? This was the final stay in our 3-weeks-long stay in Georgia and what a way to end our travels! From the moment we arrived, Natalia and Adrian made sure to welcome us as if we came back home. The same night we arrived, Natalia brought us a delicious soup and bread. The day after, she brought us some fruit from the garden. Then they showed us all the endless projects they are working on and we had a wonderful long conversation. We are sad we only got to spend three nights with them, but we are sure we will come back home in the future. Thank you 💛 The house is so cute and cozy! I didn’t want to leave. You have your private place, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and dining room, washing machine, private patio, visit from the softest and sweetest cats of Georgia… what else could you ask for? The perfect quiet place to rest and recharge. There is a small supermarket nearby and you are at walking distance from the farm, where you can eat and join great workshops!

Lush gardens, friendly pets, caring hosts and attention to details are among the key features of this place. The moment you step in there, you want to come back again and again. Positive: This was the best house we have ever been, and we are experienced travellers. House is very cozy, welcoming and has everything you need. It has an amazing garden, there are many trees and plants around the house too, it feels very relaxing and beautiful. Hosts are very nice, attentive and caring and it shows on the property itself. I would love to see them again. Nataliya makes very tasty matsoni and jams. We were welcomed by very cute and lovely pets they are well behaved and we loved them all. Location itself is easy to find. On the map it looks like it’s remote, but you have few neighbours and it makes a really good mix of privacy, quiet and security. Bus is going from Tbilisi centre, it takes 50 minutes, it has beautiful views so you won’t be bored, and house is 10 minutes away from the bus stop. In short: clean, calm, quiet, green, friendly and caring. There is one shop nearby that provides only snacks or drinks. If you are without a car I would suggest to bring your own products to make food. Good hiking spots. We will definitely book again.

Positive: Everything is good! Natalia and Adrian is the best hosts i’ve ever met, they are very hospitable! The place itself is in 10-15 minutes from Kiketi farm, there are kiosk in a few steps, alongside with beautiful panoramas and views. There are cats and dogs, they are super cute and friendly too! Highly recommended!

Positive: Very serene and cozy surroundings. Cabin is super comfy and well equipped. Several good hiking trails nearby with monasteries, viewpoints over the valley, forest and a lake. Free roaming cows and pigs. There is a very friendly dog and two cats on the property. Hosts are very sweet, and I got gifted amazing food by Natalia that was made by produce from their own garden. Their son had good recommendations for trails. There is a couple of restaurants nearby and a small Spar container shop that is open from 9 AM to 10 PM. Wifi is strong. Warm water in the shower and good shampoo and shower creme is provided. Bed is great and it is easy to adjust the temperature of the rooms. Windows can be opened because they have bug nets. Highly recommend this place if you want to get away from the city and do some walking. Good shoes/boots with decent grip is recommended since the trails to the nature has some elevation, but all of the routes are easy.
