Positive: This is a great place to stay! I liked the location, which is in the city center but still quiet. The bedroom is spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. The shower has good pressure and hot water, and the balcony offers a beautiful view of the city. The hostess is very nice, kind, and hospitable! I felt right at home here, and I would love to come back next time!

Positive: Location is great, everything important is close. Luisa is an excellent host and made my stay really memorable. It was by far my best experience in Tbilisi so far. The apartment has nice bathroom, AC, washing machine and well equipped kitchen. There is also small balcony, but you also have access to a big terrace with great view of Tbilisi. I can only recommend this place.

Negative: There is a new construction ongoing next door, so expect a lot of noise during day and some dust. But if you are not present in the apartment during day (they start to work around 10 am), it won't inconvenience you.
