Summary: Condo is right across the beach (2-minute walk). Close to the stores and shops.This is great for the family. Plenty seating space for the kids. AC, WiFi, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit. Parking right in front of unit with extra visitor stalls.We had an issue, but it was solved right away.

Summary: Location was great, right across the street from the beach. Town house was as described. En-suite laundry is convenient. BBQs by the pool were also a nice addition. My only complaint would be the air conditioner. It’s on a timer which wouldn’t be a problem but the maximum time is 6 hours which isn’t long enough to make it through the night. Having an 8 hour timer would make more sense. It got hot quickly when the timer would run out.

Summary: Very comfortable and homey. Close to most anything you will need, within walking distance. 3 most popular beaches, and not a long drive to others. This is our second time staying here.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Kihei Akahi. The unit is a bit outdated and could use some updates. Also the cleanliness could use some attention to detail. But overall it was fine. Would definitely stay again

Summary: Check in was not received until after check in time owner said his phone was dead. Manager did not return calls about issues from Wednesday to Saturday morning. I did a list of needed repairs and texted to both manager Scott on island and Tyler who is owner off island. It is okay amenities wise with great location and people who dont really seem to care

Summary: When we arrived the place smelled a little musty, like the place had not been opened for a while. It was spacious and the balcony and patio were awesome. We really liked the space, the rooms and multiple bathrooms. There were many things that could and should be updated. The most concerning was the dirty carpet on the stairs but the owner informed us that it was being replaced the day after we left. If there was even just some touch up painting done, it would really give the place a new look. We just felt that for the money, in comparison to another unit we had stayed in at the same resort, this was inferior due to being so outdated.

Summary: Very comfortable accommodation, air conditioning worked well, beautiful ocean view. Everything worked perfectly until the dryer stopped on our last night. It was quite late when it happened, so I hope there was time to fix it before the next group came. We texted the manager, but didn’t hear back, so we can only assume it was taken care of. We would definitely stay here again, the whole experience was wonderful.
