Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s very cozy, new, and looks even better than in the photos. The space is well-designed, with proper sleeping arrangements, comfortable mattresses, and good pillows. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, making it easy to cook whatever you want. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the bed linen was clean, and we absolutely loved the location. The host was always available and responded quickly to any questions we had, which was very convenient. Highly recommend this place!

Negative: The house is warm, but we noticed that if the fireplace isn’t lit, there can be a noticeable draft from it. The self check-in and check-out process was also easy. Just keep in mind that payment needs to be made via bank transfer or cash, as there is no card terminal.

Positive: Natia the owner is very responsive and trying to help with any case even with personal one! The house is very comfortable and has everything you need and astonishing views all around: Private parking Bed cloth Towels Kitchenware Dishwasher Washing machine .... More than that it has great location: - at quite part of Bakuriani -with great views to all directions -Walking distance from convenience store Thank you

Negative: We liked the property very much and it was very hard for us to leave it at the end of our stay. There where no things we did not like. As the house has really everything inside
