Positive: The hotel is beautiful and in a peaceful and quiet place. Its dock and facilities right on the lagoon were perfect. The room is spacious and was really comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful, we really had the best stay

Negative: The only downside is the overpriced food at the restaurant and the fact that the hotel is distant from Bacalar center. We didn’t have a rental car and commuted with taxis, it was OK but a taxi into the center is 300 MXN so it made things a bit more complicated. I would recommend hiring a car/scooter and it will make your stay perfect

Positive: The staff here is amazing. Everyone is very sweet and accommodating. Place is beautiful, clean and exceeded our expectations.

Positive: Property was very beautiful and well taken of. The bar and the pool was very nice and the thier lagoon section was clean to swim in. One of the best views in Bacalar. Staff was very friendly and professional. Must comment the manager Johnathan, he was extremely nice and professional and made us fell at home. Already planning another stay there! Highly recommend

Negative: A bit too far from the roadside however that made it an adventure for us!
