Negative: Hotel still under construction..concrete headboard..threshold to bathroom tripping hazard..gluey stuff on floor..not enough parking..not enough dinner reservations available..breakfast buffet poorly planned logistically..staff asked to clean only table available and took dishes but didn’t wipe table..cigarette butts all over grounds outside

Positive: This is an exceptional hotel that had just opened a few days before our arrival. The staff were very helpful, and the property was beautifully designed. The on-site restaurant is excellent — we really enjoyed a buffet breakfast looking out over the harbor, and dinner one evening in the bar area. The location also puts you within walking distance of many local independent restaurants, and if you book any boat or sightseeing trips, you can simply walk from the hotel.

Positive: Beautiful space with modern ambiance. Excellent restaurant and bar.
Negative: Since it has recently opened,there were still some things not yet completed. No handrails on staircase. Construction noise during the day as they work to complete the spa. Some details in the room were missing - like a soap dispenser in shower. No tissues. The staff were still learning and the service was slow and uneven. We were there 3 nights and our room was never serviced by housekeeping. We waited for drinks while the bar server went to get help from senior staff to make featured cocktails. Growing pains.
Summary: Beautiful room in a high design hotel in a great location with some glitches in service levels for a hotel of this calib

Positive: This is a brand new hotel that opened in the beginning of July. We found it very stylish, modern and spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the food was great both at the cafe and the restaurant. Our room had an amazing sea view.
Negative: Since the hotel is still in development, the spa area wasn’t available which was a shame. Other than that, everything was great.
