Negative: looks like no one cleaned place before our arrival. staff was not in the reception and was not aware that we are coming. no speaking English at all. in the bathroom (bath) there was a thousand of ants.

Positive: Amenties are good bed is comfy, good air con etc.
Negative: Almost impossible to communicate with the staff. At check In was asked for my visa when she had my passport. Traveled and stayed in many hotels in Thailand and never been asked for my visa. Location is 15 min drive from centre so not ideal if you dont have transport and the taxi apps didnt have a lot of cars around if any. Pool water is green. the plastic key which is lets you into the room snapped and they charged 300 THB for replacement. Dont mind paying for damaged items but dont like being overcharged. No explanation of how to get hot water by staff I figured it out my friend did not surely things like this should be shown on check in. She seemed more bothered about looking for issues than looking out for guests.
Summary: Staff let it down.
