Positive: The owner of the property pays attention to all small details. He recorded clear and easy to follow video instruction how to open gate, get the key. When you arrive at property, you feel like you have been here. The fact that there was a stuffed toy and books for children (English + Thai) was really impressive (there will be something to read before sleep). There as free water, cola, juice in the fridge. There was a first aid box on the top of the fridge just in case (even though we always have our own with us, it was showing how much host cares about guests). There were plates, glasses but there were also disposable (plastic) forks, spoons, glasses, plates to make your stay easy (no need to do dishes). The amount of electronics in the kitchen is outstanding: along with huge fridge and washing machine, you will find microware, cattle, toaster but also baking oven, blander and even cooking gas hood (needless to say about frying pans and pots). There was even vacuum cleaner, probably for those who stays longer. As for entertoyment: huge TV paired with YouTube and Netflix. Very strong WiFi in all rooms. The huge sofa (fit up to four persons) in living room was very smooth and comfortable. Decorations in hours was not only cute and nice looking but also good quality. Having watch in bathroom was nice touch! Towels are very high quality (which you find only in 5 star hotels). Air-condition in all rooms! There was even a mosquito repellent plugged in socket of the main room (even though we have not seen even a single one outside the house) which was making nice smell in whole house. There is also small terrace for breakfast tea... I hope I did not miss anything because I was really impressed, especially because I am perfectionist myself and when I see so many small touches here and there. Highly recommend and I hope next guests will keep this lovely place nice for the next one. I wish there were more properties like that!

Negative: This is the first property which has nothing I did not like. The only idea which came to my mind is to add a few instant coffee and tea bags which costs nothing but will be a nice touch. However, for us it was not a problem because we always carry Earl Grey Tea with us =)
