Positive: Staff was very helpful with every need we had, room was very comfortable and with an amazing view.

Negative: The hotel lacks a bit in connection to the main village, especially at night. You are gonna need most likely a vehicle (electric bike at least), cause at night it's not convenient to reach main village.

Positive: Everything. We booked it at 10pm from Okinawa the night before, took the ferry the morning after and we had an employee communicating with us throughout the journey to tell us that they will pick us up at the port, and proposing activities with them as well as booking for us a restaurant to have dinner. This was completely unexpected and such a sweet treat and experience overall. The person was super sweet, let us rent some snorkelling gears for the day, gave us advice for the best places, and we had a private snorkelling adventure the morning after, just perfect as well. We saw a turtle, crystal blue water, it was such a beautiful experience for only one night last-minute stay. Cannot recommend enough! The bedroom was spacious and super comfortable with a nice view and very clean. The traditional Japanese breakfast in the morning was the cherry on the top for the full experience! The personnel let us shower after the check out, providing us with amenities and towels just after the snorkelling trip and before catching our ferry back to Okinawa.

Negative: There is nothing that comes to my mind, maybe the poor wifi connection on our floor.

Positive: Spacious room, comfy beds and good shower, in a quiet part of the island with a view from the balcony, super friendly staff, awesome breakfast and dinner at the restaurant! A short walk from the beach and also a walkable distance to Chishi observation deck with amazing views of the northern cliffs of Zamami! Would recommend staying here for a more secluded feel compared to staying in the main town!

Negative: Not the most convenient location if you don’t have a car. They do have a shuttle that runs at certain times of the day which you have to reserve beforehand and you can also take the village bus, but note that both don’t operate after 545pm so it would be tricky getting back if you have dinner in the main town. But wasn’t a big problem for us cause we loved having dinner at the resort restaurant!
