Positive: Very considerate and helpful staff with good English, and the use of their hotel transfer vehicle. Furthermore, the excellent breakfast and restaurant meals. Also, their adjacent coffee house, a must for that caffeine fix!

Positive: The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very friendly, we were surrounded by care and attention, which was wonderful. They even changed our room upon our request. The breakfast was also very generous. We are so glad we chose this place for our stay.

The location is perfect—very central and convenient, making it easy to reach many places. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The level of service exceeded our expectations, and we felt welcomed and well taken care of at all times. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and hospitality. Positive: I stayed at Kent Room Hotel during my business trip and it was an excellent experience. The location is ideal — right in the city center and only a few minutes away from the industrial area, which made getting to meetings very easy. The rooms are modern, clean, and quiet, allowing me to rest well after a long day. Having Mikel Coffee inside the hotel was a great bonus — perfect for a quick espresso before work. I also enjoyed dinner at Zeytin Restaurant, which offered delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were professional, helpful, and always polite. I’ll definitely choose Kent room Hotel again for my next business trip!
