Summary: One of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing - from the restaurant, the housekeeping to the beach! Special shout out to Amr and Diaa from the beach /beach bar team for going above and beyond to look after us. It is possible to do some snorkeling directly from the beach. The water is crystal clear. The buffet doesn’t leave anything to be desired! If you consider staying in Soma Bay dont bother looking at other hotels- this is by far the best option! True value for money! You get free water in the rooms and on the beach. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire Team at Kempinski Soma Bay!

Summary: Very nice property. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, and as an added bonus, they even have several german speaking guest relations employees. And the food is wonderful and very varied. The Breakfast and Dîner Buffets are extremely rich and savory. The Pool and Beach areas are great, and the rooms are beautifully appointed.

Summary: Amazing holiday in a wonderful hotel! Loved the beach! Just the kids club and amenities for children to play could be a lot better, this was a bit disappointing. But everything else amazing. We come back next year! Please give the kids a lot more toys especially near the restaurant (that room is empty!!) and put the kids disco half an hour later or the dinner half an hour earlier (early access for families?) as 7 pm is super late. :)

Summary: The Kempinski in soma bay is a beautiful hotel located in a quiet bay with a clean massive sandy beach, azure waters and mountains in the horizon. The service is truly 5 star - everyone was like how do I make the stay special especially staff at the beach and manager at sultan bar (tharos). Loved the stay and will highly recommend.
