Positive: Location is near to Kandy lake and view point.

Negative: Bathroom is new and clean. But the bathroom fittings are not good, should be made properly.

Positive: I enjoyed staying at Kelums very much. He is such a lovely person. My room was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views from the balcony. Kelum made me coffee when I arrived and he gave me fantastic advice for my ongoing travel. Thanks Kelum, everything was just perfect.

Positive: The property is 10 min walking distance to city center. Nice owners. And beautiful sound of waterfall was very relaxing. Nice view to city from balcony of room.

Positive: The host was so friendly and helpful, and helped us arrange activities and a tuktuk driver (we had to cancel our plans to hike Knuckles mountain due to bad weather, so he helped us find other great things to do in and around Kandy). The location was beautiful- we had views overlooking Kandy, and of the river right near the property. We were able to get into the city really easily ourselves. The bed was comfy and the host let us use the kitchen too, which was great. The rooms were also a really decent size. We also had a great breakfast (that the host's mother made - it was delicious).

Negative: The rooms were quite damp and smelled a little damp, and also had a fair few bugs - however, this was because of the heavy rains.

Positive: Good place to stay in Kandy. The room offers very nice city view and its only around 10min walk to city centre. Hotel owner also helped us to rent a scooter.

Negative: In out room everything was allright, but girl from 2nd room complained that there was no plug anywhere in The room
