Positive: We loved Kelly Bray & have had a brilliant weekend there.

Negative: The cooker - there's a skill to using it/getting timings right. That said, there's enough other equipment to compensate as a back-up!

Summary: Stunning views, great location, easy walk into town & beach. Perfect for all the family!

Positive: Lovely older property with good parking and a nice garden and views of the coast. Nice location if you are physically mobile as the town is a bit hilly. Heating was excellent and if we had stayed longer we would have use the Rayburn.

Negative: Nothing, it was perfect for our three generation holiday.

Summary: Wonderful Lyme holiday house for a spring break.

Positive: Property was in a good location but did involve an uphill climb from the beach. Parking for 2 cars. House was spotless with good facilities although is a little dated in some areas. Lovely views and comfortable.

Negative: Beds in twin room were short and suitable for children not adults. The heating was a real issue and on a timer. First day we had no heating downstairs and it was cold. As we couldnt work out how the AGA worked we contacted the agents emergency number. We never had a response!! Also tried to contact the owner/agent in advance of our stay and no response. We wanted to check if shower gel/shampoo was available along with a few other questions. There needs to be better communication. The live web chat of the agent was a joke as it took 4 days for a response asking if we still needed help! Checking in at 16.00 hours and checking out at 10.00.

Summary: Good property in a stunning location with great views, just sort out the communication issues!

Positive: Kelly Bray is a delightful family home. The weather for our stay was pretty awful and we happily hunkered down in the cosy living room.

Negative: We weren’t able to use the oven as the pilot light kept going out.
