Summary: Clean, friendly and great location! Walking distance to amazing food and drinks at Union Market. Probably the friendly part of the city we've been in. Covered garage parking was a bit of a surprise at a cost of $60 per night. But, the room price made it well worth it. Highly recommend!

Summary: Robert at the reception desk was especially helpful as he ensured we understood everything associated with our stay (for example, Wi-Fi, parking, nearby eating), including escorting us to the pathway/gate access to the nearby eating location. He did all of that with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Although everything rates five star, there were two irritants: no maid service during our stay and a non-working drink vending machine one of the nights (repaired by the next night). We highly recommend the Kellogg Conference Hotel at Gallaudet University.

Summary: It was a wonderful stay the parking was just kinda far to walk to not really safe for a woman who is alone and may have to walk to and from the hotel to the parking lot. Others then that it was wonderful!!!

Summary: This is a great hotel for families or anyone who wants to explore DC. The hotel is located on a beautiful campus, walking distance to Union Market and they provide a shuttle to Union Station, very convenient. The staff is exceptional and so helpful! So warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!

Summary: Our first room had no functional A/C on a 90° day, so they moved us to what they claimed was the only other room vacant in the entire hotel, which was a wheelchair accessible room. The roll-in shower was installed wrong so it was angled in a way that the water flows out onto the bathroom floor instead of down the drain. We had to make a dam with the three towels they had in the room. Then every day for the next 4 days we had to request new towels because housekeeping never once showed up. They said it's because they only come every 3 days, but it didn't happen in the 5 days we were there.
