Summary: The cottage is a great size with large bedrooms, a large kitchen diner and a relaxing living room. The heating is very efficient, so we were warm and cosy. The location makes Northumberland very accessible and Hadrian's Wall is only a short drive away.

Summary: Owners were very welcoming. Lots of space, with games downstairs. Very quiet at night. Up a winding country road near Haltwhistle. Breakfast excellent.

Summary: Peaceful, quiet, spotless, nice details everywhere, making your stay very comfortable. The breakfast excellent, great food, many choices, the service was kind and pleasant. Everything was delicious. A couple of miles from the main road, totally worth the drive, the landscape is beautiful.

Summary: A beautiful, rural retreat. Wonderful facilities, extremely clean and homely. Comfortable bed with lots of in room extras, like home made shortbread, fresh milk with a mini fridge to store it in, lovely toiletries and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was freshly cooked using local produce, hence the brilliant taste. Excellent hosts who were so helpful, kind and genuinely interested and keen to assist and make our stay as nice as possible. Highly recommended.
