Positive: Everything - the staff are SO kind, especially Anura who went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The food was exceptional, we echo all of the other reviews saying it is the best food we have eaten in Sri Lanka. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and clean. We loved Kele and will be back!

Positive: We had a truly wonderful stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we immediately felt welcome. The cottage itself was beautiful and comfortable, and the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. The food was delicious with excellent service to match. One thing we really appreciated is that whenever something wasn’t working, it was fixed right away – really great service! The location in the middle of nature makes it even more special, with many different kinds of birds all around. Don’t let the road leading up to it discourage you; once you arrive, it’s absolutely worth it.

Negative: The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi, but this was easily outweighed by all the positives

Positive: Spacious rooms very clean and comfortable surrounded by trees and many animals and birds, whose company we enjoyed! The pool is an excellent added value. The chef cooked the most delicious local dishes we have had during our stay!

Negative: Apart from Nadi, no one else spoke English so it was quite hard to communicate our needs. No service around the pool and as we were the only ones at the hotel during the second day, we felt quite neglected. Very expensive for what it offers.
