Summary: The 2 lifts serving 30 floors during this period makes the wait for lift absolutely horrible especially if you have a stroller. Suggest to have at least 3 lifts serving the main tower as you service or upgrade the other lifts. Other than that, it is a good stay

Summary: We stayed 2 nights after a cruise to explore Tokyo so only really slept in hotel. It’s massive and rooms are very big and comfy with all amenities in bathroom including hair brush, bobbles, along with all the normal toiletries. Love the heated seat wash lets. 2 breakfast restaurants. Japanese and western. Catering for all needs. We went western and it was very good with a great range. On departure we were leaving 5:40 and breakfast opened at 6, I was disappointed that they couldn’t give us breakfast to take away especially as we had already paid for it. Snd couldn’t refund it as we had booked through hotels.com. Staff very helpful, but it was Japan. We checked in at 11 but our room wasn’t available so we left our baggage and went to explore

Summary: The level of service is unlike anything else I’ve experienced. There was also a self-service laundry which was really helpful. The Sky Salon services were great. We had two amazing massages. There is also a sky lounge that provides great views of the city and complementary drinks. The hotel is close to Shinjuku station.

Summary: This is 10/10 rating for the hotel! They provide all the toiletries you need everyday during trip which is so friendly nowadays as many hotels only provide limited toiletries on request. The 47floor provides free drinks and relax space that is a wonderful experience after a hectic day. Hotel staff are very polite and friendly. I will return to this hotel if i go to Tokyo again. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had views of the city and Mt Fuji. They stay was very comfortable. 3 adults stayed in this room. Myself, husband and son. We gad a king bed and they set up another “twin” bed that was more like a full size. The building across the street had a cool light show projected on it and the breakfast buffet was great!

Summary: Very nice hotel, with a high service level. Work great as the base for our week long stay in Tokyo. Short walking distance to two stations. Book a room with lounge acces and you get great view of Tokyo and the nightly lightshow on the Metropolitan building.

Summary: Very conveniently located in the heart of town. So close to everything. Easy to travel. The hotel itself is very nice and equipped with everything that you might needs, wonderful restaurants, especially. I was in need of an adapter to plug in my water floss, which needs a round-pin socket. I could not find it anywhere in many stores, but it was provided in my room in the hotel. It seems that the hotel anticipates the needs of guests. Nonetheless, the only complaint I might have is, I tried to make a reservation for a (paid) buffet breakfast / Brunch at the hotel restaurants but none was avaialble. I wish that the hotel provides special reservation for hotel guests.
