Summary: Fantastic hotel, great service and very nice rooms with plenty of space.Very attentive nice and welcoming staff. Well positioned but still in a calm area.We arrived att 9 in the morning and the staff kept our luggages until the time of check-in. Very recommended

Summary: This was the perfect hotel to end our trip with! It was the largest and had the best view, we were in the 35th floor. We had everything we could ever need in that room including great skin care! The staff was amazing and kind. The lounges were great and breakfast yummy. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the pool. My daughter and I were looking forward to spending some time there but there was no comfort to that area. No beach umbrellas or anything exciting you on.

Summary: Beautifully maintained hotel. Spotless inside the room and general areas! We stayed at the club level and the in room amenities are above expectations. Fully stocked refrigerator and premium teas and drinks. One of the best 5 star hotels for us! Great location and food!

Summary: It was a really special place to stay. The club lounge on the 45th floor was amazing. The breakfast that was included was really good and the place felt very new and high end. Beautiful room.

Summary: We had an amazing time at this hotel during our 2 week trip to Japan. The customer service here is unmatched. They are on their A game at all times and super nice and helpful. We stayed in a renovated premier grand suite and our room was very nice and we had access to the club lounge which was perfect. I would 100% stay here again. I hope the hotel we are heading to in Osaka is just as good. They definitely have big shoes to fill!

Summary: This hotel is super handy location; close to shops, cafes, restaurants and about 15mins or so walk to Shinjuku Station. The staff were super helpful and friendly to help. For Premier Grand room, it was a really good spacious and lovely amenities available. Awesome view of Shinjuku both lounge and room. The gym and laundry (make sure to have lots of 100¥!) facilities were great and handy to be in the hotel as well.
