Have your morning coffee on the balcony while soaking in the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, Mount Ainos, and the occasionally anchored yacht enjoying the same peace and tranquility as you are. This spectacular villa is so close to the water that you feel as if you are on the bow of your own ship.
Our manicured grounds include BBQ, outdoor dining, and a private pool. When you eventually hear the call of the sea, you may walk down to the sandy beaches of Pessada in about 10 minutes.
Built in 2022, this villa has a traditional Greek design with modern touches and comforts. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and several common gathering areas for your group to enjoy. Because the traditional design places the stairs connecting the two floors on the outside of the villa, we offer a kitchenette on the top floor for guests to access food and drink without needing to come downstairs. Be sure to review our floor plans in the photo section to get a feel for the layout. There is air conditioning in every room of the villa to assure your comfort. For your entertainment, we provide two large screen TVs with a library of over 100 movies, satellite programming and high-speed Starlink WiFi throughout.
On the outside, the villa has a covered veranda and a balcony with pergola for shade. Each has bistro tables to enjoy a morning coffee on our beautifully landscaped grounds. In addition, we have a large traditional Greek BBQ with outdoor dining for 6 people. Just a few steps away is a 32m² private pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Throughout the property are gardens of Olive Trees, Lavender, Jasmine, Bougainvillea, Oleander and Rosemary. All this with incredible views of the mountain and sea, with the occasionally anchored yacht enjoying the same peace and tranquility as you are.
Whether it is the subtle ringing of church bells at Agios Nikolas or the quiet serenity of the Greek island countryside, this villa in the peaceful village of Pessada offers a spectacular immersion of natural beauty, situated between the towering Mount Ainos and the Mediterranean Sea.
Within a 10-minute drive, you can visit St. George's castle, built in the early 16th century. Within a 15-minute drive, you can visit the monastery of Saint Gerasimos for a glimpse of its ornate interior and the mummified body of the saint himself. Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia, can also be reached with a 15-minute drive. You can visit Argostoli for the fruit markets, souvenirs, bakeries, cafes or many wonderful restaurants. Be sure to spend an evening in the square where you can have an ice cream, frappe, crepe or mixed drink while watching the town come alive and gather. Other notable drives include a visit to the underground Lake Mellisani and Dragorati Cave. It is a beautifully scenic drive to Myrtos Beach and the picturesque towns of Assos, Fiskardo and Sami.

DO NOT enter the pool within 15 minutes of applying sunscreen because it will immediately wash off. This results in your lack of UV protection and our cloudy pool water!

Summary: The house is beautiful: decoration, equipment, cleanliness (a house cleaner came in the middle of week to change linens, towels…). We enjoyed to find welcome gifts (bread, milk, fruit juice, wine…). But the most is the beautiful garden and the swimming pool with an amaizing sea view. At night, élégant lighting enhances the villa and its garden. Thanks to give us the privilege to live this dream week.

Summary: Wonderful! Great location with stunning views . Comfortable, clean and well equipped villa with plenty of excellent cafes and restaurants within 15mins drive . Supermarkets , bakeries availabile with Argostoli being just a short drive as well . Excellent layout for property if you have teenagers with you as they have their own kitchenette/ seating area upstairs. Excellent communication with owner and property manager with a small welcome basket available on arrival with essentials like milk / bread etc .. We have already booked for next year !

Summary: Unbelievable view from the property! With the local beach being so close and so amazing (Pessada Beach) it was really an incredible experience! The property was brand new and Daniel the property manager was very helpful with anything we needed.

Summary: Beautiful new villa with spectacular views. The pictures can only hint at the awe you experience when looking around on this property. The inside is beautifully decorated and meets your every need. We especially liked the outside stairs to the second level. We had our privacy with 2 families, and could be together at the same time. The second level has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster. Perfect for a late night snack and drink on the veranda watching the yachts gather in the cove below. George, the owner was easy to communicate with and responded promptly with any questions. He was very helpful with information about renting cars, beaches etc. We had a fantastic experience and will be back!
