Positive: Kelli really went out of her way to send us a video after booking to make sure that we will manage there as I have mobility issues. She understood that we would not have data on arrival in England and sent us the code for the gate before we left South Africa. On arrival, there was milk in the fridge, a welcome treat as well as a Christmas card. The wifi was excellent, and Kelly just a phone call away. A small, well equipped, and warm cottage with all necessary amenities. The cottage is very close to Broadway city center and is well situated to travel daily to other towns in the Cotswolds.

Shout out to the ceiling fans because it was the hottest night of the year when we stayed Lodge was super clean and everything you could wish provided including milk - which is always a nice touch Owner very responsive to messages and super helpful with her messages to get into the property Easy walk into Broadway of 15 mins to nearest pub
