Summary: Wonderful stay at the Lygon Arms, free and convenient parking. Ideally located right in the heart of Broadway. Bookings for dinner are recommended for both restaurants, excellent cocktails are the bar (no cocktails available at the Tavern). Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Lots of walks right from the hotel. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. The spa has very nice changing rooms and showers. Would definitely return. The two small issues we had was our room was right on the High Street (accessed through the dining room) so there was a lot of street noise in the evening with the windows open during the summer as there is no air-con. As our room was only accessible by walking through the dining room, we were told we couldn't wear the provided dressing gowns/slippers when we had to walk through in the dining room when going to the pool/spa and for a massage, so had to bring a change of clothes. I understand the policy completely, but it would have been nice to have been told this ahead of time and given the option to change rooms. When staying again we will request room off the high street and with freer access to the amenities.

Summary: Mila was the best. Only suites have A/C but they are magnificent! Felt like the big rooms back in America. Perfect location.

Summary: I had an excellent stay and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were outstanding- friendly, professional, and always available whenever I needed assistance. Their attentive service really made a difference. The breakfast was delightful. I would highly recommend this The Lygon Arms and would happily stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful place, relaxing. Obviously, a tad expensive but it was worth it. Food was really good and cannot fault the service. We stayed in the cottage, a bit hot but lovely.

Summary: We had such a lovely stay here in the cottage room. The courtyard was a great place for drinks and people watching, very relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool at the spa was a great place to cool off. Very much looking forward to a further stay here
