Summary: We had a lovely family weekend here and for the most part it was just as was stated. One issue we had was there was no iron or ironing board and having travelled 11 hours for a wedding it was a necessity. Otherwise it was very relaxing!

Summary: This was a lovely neighborhood! Loved the water access and quietness of the area. There were a few stores and restaurants within walking distance which we loved. Easy drive into OC and Fenwick. The property itself was ok. The main living room and kitchen were a nice area. The bunk bed room on the main floor and the master were the best equipped rooms. The bedrooms in the basement felt like a dungeon, and we had difficulty controlling the temp downstairs because that area was open to the garage doors. Bedrooms upstairs were ok. Most of the mattresses had an awful cover on them that felt like cellophane and very noisy. We specifically choose this property because it was on the water. We were very disappointed to arrive and see the entire dock was covered in caution tape and unusable. All of the bikes in the garage were broken. Would definitely stay in the area again, not sure about this particular property.

Summary: We absolutely LOVED this home. We rented it for my 40th bday celebration for which we hosted 10 other ppl, including 3 kids. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The neighborhood is great. Overall, we had an awesome experience here!

Summary: The house was beautiful & clean. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet & we were only 10 minutes to the main strip.The only complaint was the outside shower was not clean and the grass was not cut.

Summary: Beautiful property on the water, halfway between Rehoboth/Dewey Beach and Ocean City Maryland so there’s a lot to do in the area! Quiet neighborhood with a lot of space. Almost every room has balcony/outdoor access which is really nice.

Summary: Beautiful house, great location, extremely clean. We were excited to get our vacation started. But then big issues starting coming to light and even when brought to Vacasa’s attention immediately were never addressed, corrected or apologized for expect for saying “please be patient while we look into this.” Issue #1 - we rented a house with a dock for the purpose of fishing and crabbing and spending 50% of our time on our vacation doing just that. When we arrived at the house entire dock, which spanned the entire length of the backyard was caution taped off. I brought this to Vacasa’s attention with no resolution. I paid more for a house with dock access. If I knew the dock was not accessible then I would have rented another home. Issue #2 - bed counts outlined in the listing were not what was provided. The two bunk rooms were supposed to have 2 twins and double bed in each. In reality they only had 1 twin and a double in each. There were trundle beds under the double but neither had a mattress. We had to go out and purchase cots so two of our guests had a place to sleep. Again this was brought to Vacasa’s attention for no acknowledgment or resolution. Issue #3 - the air conditioning on the top floor was broken. When we arrived at the house, the air was not on. We put it on and waiting for things to cool down. After 4 hours when the top floor did not cool, I reached out to Vacasa. I was told they were looking into it. I had to follow up two more times - still no answer.
