Positive: I like that the rental company didn't continuously contact me during the rental period, just sent me what I needed to know when I needed to know it.
Negative: I have stayed in this rental property before, but it wasn't as clean as it was the first time I stayed there.
Summary: Wonderful rental for pet owners with the fully-fenced-in back yard. Wish I could afford to buy it!
