Positive: The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times.

Negative: The lighting in the room was pretty poor and partly malfunctioning. One evening I had to use the flashlight option of the phone to find something in the closet. I was alone in a room for three and was alright, but three persons in that space wouldn't have a nice time at all. Besides, they wouldn't have where to put their stuff.

Positive: Staying at Kasaviti Hotel feels less like visiting a hotel and more like being welcomed into a family. The building carries the charm of time, and you can see the love and care poured into it — from the pine trees planted around it 20 years ago to the thoughtful touches that reflect the owner’s respect for nature and his plans to renovate with the same dedication. What truly makes this place special, though, are the people. The owner’s genuine heart shows in everything, and Xrhstos and Fotis go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their kindness, attention, and good energy turn every moment into something memorable. Thasos is wonderful, but Kasaviti makes it unforgettable.

Positive: The location and staff are amazing. The food is good but not the best.

Negative: The constant screeching and vibrating noise from the slamming doors around our room was unbearable — a piercing, grating sound that went on day and night. The walls are paper-thin, maybe 10 cm at most, so you can hear absolutely everything from your neighbors, even when they use the toilet. Not even earplugs helped me sleep. From 13 to 16 it's not possible to relax ( baby can't sleep)The bathroom was tiny, dirty, and in terrible condition.

Positive: We really enjoyed the hotel, perfect location, near to beautiful beach with nice bar. Very clean and cozy rooms, the staff was responsive and positive. The pool and the garden was perfect, there are clean towels and nice sunbeds. For sure when we visit Thasos again, will book same hotel!

Negative: The food was very good and tasty, however could be a bit more diverse.

Negative: There was no order and discipline in the hotel. Guests could party at the hotel pool and make noice as long as they wanted during the night. It happened once while we were staying but it wasn't nice because our kids couldn't sleep. Cats were jumping at the breakfast tables which is also not pleasant.
