2 Bedroom Cabin in Vilas

Kaylee's Kabin, in Valle Crucis, is located just off of Baird's Creek in The Greene Place. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a loft with a queen sleeper sofa. It's a dog friendly (pet fee, per pet) property with gated decks, air conditioning, hot tub, fire pit and a wood burning fireplace, so it's perfect for every season. In the living room you'll find a 55" HD Smart TV with Blu-ray dvd player for your viewing pleasure. The loft also has a 40" Smart TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player. Both the outdoor hot tub and the custom built fire pit are perfect for stargazing and enjoying those peaceful Valle Crucis nights. The locking gates on both deck entrances are perfect for keeping your pooch safe and secure while at the cabin.
Additional Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- This property is pet friendly with a pet rent of $25/nt per pet plus. Two dogs max, but a 3rd dog may be considered with owner permission. Weight limit of 65lbs. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice for $25 per night plus taxes. This provides two wrapped bundles of wood and a firestarter per nightly bundle.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Parking space for up to 3 vehicles.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.

Summary: The home is only 10 minutes from Boone, 30 minutes to Blowing Rock and 45 minutes to West Jefferson so very convient to all surrounding area's. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Property management responded to all questions and even brought us some propane for the grill on a Saturday when we notified them we were out. The house was clean, furniture was comfortable and the hot tub and fireplace were a home run after venturing out all day in the cold.

Summary: We had a great time at Kaylee's Cabin. It had everything we needed. The location and view was perfect. My family enjoyed the corn hole, checkers and the fire place. The only suggestion would to have a small stool in each bathroom because those fancy sinks made it hard for short kids to brush their teeth.

Summary: What a dream! Kaylee’s cabin is the perfect place for your next getaway. It is absolutely beautiful and offers all of the amenities you need. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the fire and spending our evenings soaking in the hot tub. Everything was so clean and the beds slept so comfortably. It felt like home to us and we are already planning our next stay!
