Summary: 9 of us travelled to this amazing property following a wedding in Surfer’s Paradise. Kaylan house didn’t disappoint! It housed all 9 of us comfortably, and had every amenity we needed. The island was easy-going and allowed for the perfect relaxing retreat. One of the highlights of our stay was the flying foxes that appeared every night after dusk, we had an amazing view from the deck!

Summary: We had 3 families with kids of varied ages and we found the home was large enough to give everyone their own space whilst common areas were perfect for all to gather. Home was clean, well equipped and location we found perfect. Basic amenities ran out like dishwashing tablets and toilet paper and when the weather turned poor there was no pay TV set up, which would be nice at this price point. That said, the coffee machine was great and stocked with coffee too. The steps are a little much for young kids or parents having to lug babiesnup and down but we managed fine. Evelyn was always pleasant, prompt in correspondence and accommodating. Would recommend and return on a future trip.

Summary: Kalyan house was fantastic in every way. Easy communication with hosts before arrival. Welcoming transfer. Property is just amazing. Big, spacious, very clean with everything you need.Lovely balconies where we enjoyed the sunsets and the view.Location is great, close to beach, One tree hill etc. The 2 golf buggies was great since there was 8 of us. Recommend this house for anyone who wants a nice place to stay. I hope we will be back!!

Summary: We were super impressed with this property. Even better the communication with Evelyn and Stephan. They were so helpful, so patient and very attentive. The property was spacious and clean and 9 of us stayed here very comfortably. Valet service was great, and we were even offered a late checkout. Location and views from all levels were our highlight. Thank you so much and we will be sure to visit again x

Summary: What a great location! We stayed with family for a wedding. The house was amazing, loved that every bedroom had an ensuite. The views were fantastic. Walking distance to everything, but we did all enjoy the buggies. Would highly recommend and would definitely be back

Summary: Kaylan House was a perfect place to holiday in Hamilton Island, spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully fitted out house with heaps of space for large family groups. The location was perfect with 3 decks to admire the amazing view. Couldn't find any faults, totally recommend this property.
