Positive: Superb place! We loved the setup. It was incredibly relaxing and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready with helpful solutions for any request. The whole place has such a creative, positive vibe. We’d definitely love to come back and stay for a few more days, as there’s so much to see and explore nearby.

Positive: This location is very nice, just like a home. The facilities are also very nice.staff very friendly and helpful.
Negative: hot water is not working properly. Also, the road to the property is a little dangerous.

Positive: Really amazing place in every way. There are many beautiful nature trails nearby, which is perfect if you love nature. The stay was definitely worth more than what I paid. Most importantly, everyone was so helpful and welcoming that I felt like I was among family.
Negative: Actually there wasn't anything to dislike .

Positive: We went there for a working holiday and it was comfortable, pleasant and peaceful. The facilities - beds, kitchen, shower, wifi, TV - were just the way we liked it. It was spacious, clean and had a view that was serene. There were multiple spaces to work or curl up. Had ample space outside as well. And super helpful staff.
Negative: Limited food options nearby.

Positive: The villa was spotless and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the free laundry was a big bonus. Everything felt thoughtfully set up with guests in mind. The staff (especially Dilan) went above and beyond. He helped arrange transport, shared great local tips, and was always friendly and approachable. His support truly made a difference to our stay. There were so many lovely little touches throughout the villa like comfortable sofas on every floor, cozy coffee corners, board games, and inviting outdoor spaces. Everything was clearly designed with comfort in mind.
Negative: Kandy city is about 10 km away, so it’s not within walking distance of the city center. However, for me this was actually an advantage. The calmness and natural beauty of the surroundings were a real highlight. The villa offers its own tuk-tuk service if you’re concerned about the distance, and I believe they also provide one complimentary pick-up or drop-off to the city. One day is definitely not enough to fully enjoy this place

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Kay’s Den in Kandy! The villa is incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools we needed, which made cooking super convenient during our stay. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful view of the paddy fields. We enjoyed walking and cycling around the area. It’s such a refreshing and scenic experience. We played badminton and carrom during our downtime, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. And used Kay’s Den tuk-tuk service for our Kandy city tour, and it was extremely helpful, reasonable and reliable. Overall, Kay’s Den gave us a perfect mix of comfort, relaxation, and adventure. Highly recommended!
