Positive: The back room with the fireplace was my getaway from the family to watch a little news while they watch movies in the other rooms

Negative: The pecan trees were dropping pecans on our heads but we had fun anyway.

Positive: The location was great for our needs. It was close to our friend's home which was within walking distance, and very near the venue for the event we were attending.

Negative: There were some minor cleanliness issues. Also, the cleaning team showed up while we were at breakfast (about 2 hours before check-out time).

Negative: was wanting to park motorcycles in the garage to keep inside at night but was not able to.

Negative: Pops and pans need to be replaced. Could use more kitchen utensils. Would of been nice to have some spices, PAM cooking spray.
