A modern Greek villa recently renovated by an interior designer, this is one of Kalymnos' few absolute waterfront holiday houses available. A path to the sun-bleached rocks & water from the house, limestone mountains behind the house for the ultimate in privacy. The villa is ideally situated in the climbing belt and is located directly below several climbing sites.
Kastelli Blu SEA is the ideal Greek island holiday house for rent located on the charming island of Kalymnos. It is absolute waterfront 1 bedroom villa which has been beautifully renovated with 100 sqm of house and balcony, incredible views, designer furniture and considered amenities. The house can sleep 2 adults and 1 child comfortably (possibly 2 children depending on age).
The villa is located in arguably one of the best locations on any Greek island. The incredible sunsets alone are testament to this.
Kastelli Blu SEA has a modern kitchen, 1 bathrooms, dining and living area. The covered outdoor balcony (12sqm) with a table and chairs has amazing views and is the perfect spot for reading, relaxation or simply just losing yourself gazing out across the Aegean Sea. You’ll sleep well on Kastelli Blu’s traditional, raised bedroom listening to the breaking waves.
Our amenities are excellent. We highlight Greek products including Greek Olive Oil, local honey, herbs and teas as well as Greek bathline products from Korres and Apivita. We have excellent bedlinen (400 thread count and above), supportive mattresses and Coco Mat pillows. We believe good quality products will enhance your relaxation and therefore, make for a better vacation.

If you are staying in the main house, you have access to all areas. The two Sea Pontoon is the only shared area should Kastelli Blu Hideaway (the separate, self-contained apartment underneath the house) be occupied. The terrace in front of the apartment is exclusively for Hideaway guests.

Summary: Kastelli Blu is a perfect two person house of considerable charm. Wonderful views over the sea to Telendos from the large balcony and a backdrop of honey coloured crags , where you can see the climbers perform their acrobatics. Simply but adequately furnished, including some intriguing decorative items, Blu is very comfortable. You can go to sleep in the comfy bed to the sound of the sea and wake to the sound of goat bells. There is no television but this is a bonus as it allows you to fully appreciate the ambience of the place. The kitchen has all you need, although some might miss a microwave (we didn't!). Plenty of parking. For climbers, it is possible to walk to Kastelli, Dolphin and the Odyssey & adjacent areas. Swimming is possible from the rocks below the house but sea conditions do need to be calm to get in/out without bashing into the rocks & the walk down is a bit rubbly. We had a wonderful week & certainly plan to return. Thanks John!
