Positive: Stunning building in excellent location. Easy parking. Beautiful room

Negative: The restaurant had a drunk and noisy Turkish table. We only dropped in for dessert but none left.

Positive: Breakfast quality and the staff - the lady was fantastic. Nice room overall.

Negative: A/C not working properly, we were struggling during the night. Girl at the reception was not empathetic at all. TV in the room - old styled, small. We expect more today.

Positive: The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is at a stone's throw from the bus station and, at the same time, inside the old city. In fact, I would recommend to reach it from that side (bus station) rather than from the main square. The stuff is very gentle and keen to help while the room was spacious, warm and well furnished. The whole hotel is really beautiful and I would recommend to ask for a room facing the courtyard. Oh and they also have a restaurant, slightly more expensive than those downtown, but really worth it and serving alcohol
