Summary: The Riad was fine for a short stay and worked well for the area, where there aren’t many other options. It’s located outside the main town, so transportation is needed to get around. The service was vexcellent, which we really appreciated. Not quite what we expected based on other reviews, but it did the job for the night.

Summary: This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. Great beds and the comforters were thick and heavy keeping us warm. The staff got up early and served us breakfast before sunrise at 7:45 am as we were headed to Merzouga that morning.

Summary: Air condition never worked. 30c plus in room all night. The place is keep dark at night. Shower takes forever to work. This is a property being cheap all the way around. Need two day notice for a meal.

Summary: Serene, elegant, comfortable, quiet. An oasis just far enough off the beaten path and with everything you need. 10 minutes from Ourarete. Beautiful deep pool, lovely spacious rooms, very, very, quiet. The staff are beyond capable, friendly and helpful. Difficult to leave

Summary: The hosts of this place are very friendly and hospitable. They made sure we had a good stay. We had great conversations and they made us feel right at home with a warm welcome of tea and cookies. They gave us great recommendations for activities in the area that I wouldn’t have discovered from a guidebook or blog. The room was nice, everything worked well and the views were cool. This stay is a great deal for the price. I would recommend it over staying in ourzazate easily.

Summary: Did not like process to book dinner. We are asked to reserve dinner by email and then owner does not read emails all day and acts like it is our fault that she did not know what we were doing and blames us for booking last minute (i.e. the day before) so she did not have time to get organized.

Summary: Nice kashba in the countryside. Staff is friendly and fullfills your wishes. It would be great, if there would be wifi in the future.

Summary: This kasbah is off a dirt road near Ouarzazate. Although it is off the beaten path, the kasbah is fairly new and it is beautiful and the staff is very nice. There was only one other guest at the time we were there but the woman at the front desk made sure we were all comfortable and had everything that we needed and she was able to give us recommendations for things to do as well. The resident peacocks in the courtyard were also nice to watch. There is a nice rooftop terrace but unfortunately it was a cloudy night while we were there otherwise I imagine it would be a spectacular place to stargaze. A nice breakfast was served in the morning.
