Positive: This was honestly the best place I've ever stayed! We were only stopping by for one night, but liked it so much we stayed another night. The Kasbah was beautiful & inviting, we were stunned. The host, Lahcen, was incredibly accommodating and helpful, & my god his cooking is the best I've had in Morocco, this is not an overstatement. It's also not a big corporate chain, it's family operated. If you're considering staying here, do yourself a favour and do it.

Positive: Amazing Kasbah!!!! We arrived quite late and the host prepared tea for us, provided us with some very useful information and even offered us to use the pool for a late night dip! The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, nice furniture and very spacious room. Breakfast on the terrace was absolutely delicious, very flexible breakfast hours, homemade jam, good coffee, delicious home made crêpes and much more. And stunning view from the terrace over the oasis and the mountains. We regretted that we could only stay for one night. Great location with the Todra Gorge and the city of Tinghir very close by.

Positive: Very well signposted from the main road. Very comfortable room with a/c (not really needed). Very good dinner and breakfast in a great terrace. Even had a garage for the car. The owner gave us detailed instructions on finding the gorge.

Negative: Nothing. You do need a car though

Positive: The Kasbah had character and a lovely terrace with views over the nearby Palmeraie. The welcome, warm hospitality and attention to detail were superb and a great feature of our stay. The room was comfortable but the B.com description was inexact. Supper was superb in a room full of atmosphere and breakfast was great in a different room with a view over the pool

Negative: The B.com description of the room said there was a terrace, there was but it was a terrace for everyone to use and not attached to the room. The B.com blurb did not mention that the pool was closed for repairs and improvements.

Positive: Our stay at Petit Nomade was perfect. The family owning the place is super friendly and caring and gave us a lot of good recommendations. The breakfast was delicious and our highlight was the beautiful terrasse with it’s relaxing view. Highly recommend to stay here, perfect location to visit Todra Gorge.
