Positive: Great price. Great location close to the old town. Great views. The apartment is on a hill so be prepared to go up a very steep hill with no discernable sidewalk. The apartment itself has everything you could need. Everything works. I would recommend asking the owner how to get there because if you're going on foot then you have to go up through some small pathways to get to the main road and then up a steep hill to the apartment and it can be a little confusing at first. If you're going by taxi then just tell them you're going to marble house which is right next to the apartment. The washing machine doesn't work super well but it works. You should wash 2 or 3 pieces of clothing at a time to ensure they're washed properly. Remember to keep the boiler on(switches below the bathroom light switch) and turn it off when you're going to shower if you want hot water. Garbage dumpsters are down the steep hill on the main road. Highly recommend taking taxis because they're very cheap. (+382 68 019 198) This number is for a taxi(they also use Whatsapp), they will arrive in 3 minutes, and from the apartment to the main bus station in the center it's like 3.50 euros. The sofa beds are not the most comfortable but I wouldn't say they're uncomfortable either. Pillows, linen, and covers can be found underneath/inside the sofa beds. Overall a great deal in Budva! I highly recommend.

Positive: - the house is comfy, big enough for 2 families (we were 4 adults and 5 kids), with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, enough seating space - the outside areas are great: nice pool, terrace and garden, lots of seating options, BBQ, a huge old tree in the garden that gives really nice shade in the hot hours - location in a small village, easy access to the coast and interior. Village has a mini-market, a tavern and a winery (nice tasting!) - all in walking distance - owners are friendly and attentive (broken garbage bin was replaced, broken bulb was exchanged, broken outside light repaired by electrician within 24 hours)

Negative: - considering the high cost, there were a few more things broken on arrival than you would expect. The minor things were fixed instantly by the owners, but - for example - a broken fridge shelf (place for open bottles was gone) is a no-go for a house that costs ca. 350€ per night. This is why I gave 9 points instead of 10 - suggestions for the owners (but these a small details and didn’t affect our rating): *mosquito nets would be a real upgrade, either on the windows or for the beds at least *the shower handle in the second floor keeps falling down and should be fixed *more shelves in the bathrooms would be nice *replace laundry rag - it has long seen its best days ;)
