Summary: We loved the property, reminded my brother and I of our farm growing up in South Africa. The house is really well equipped and well located. Would definitely return there and recommend to others to stay.Koalas in the trees along the drive were fabulous as was the birdie. Thank you again.

Summary: Emma's communication and check in process was excellent for this farm stay. It is very private and the location very central to many island activities. Great for bigger groups with young families. The property is quite old and a bit run down (as older farmhouses tend to be). It has everything you may want for a stay but it seems as if it the living areas and kitchen have been just left as if the family who owned the house are on their way back-judging by bits and pieces around and in drawers. Cleanliness therefore left a bit to be desired, but if you are looking for a very reasonably priced plus spacious house with everything you need on hand to be self-contained, in a private area and heaps of birdlife in abundance, you will enjoy this place.

Summary: Lovely quiet rural setting. Caretaker showed us around the property and pointed out a resident koala. It was a great home base for exploring the island.
