Positive: Nice people, a great room and a nice pool. Nice restaurant.

Negative: The beach was plagued with sea weed (tolerable since natural), but also litter, washed up by each high tide. A lot of effort was put into cleaning it up, but it was only ever the part near the pool and restaurant. Very few organised activities and excursions. Breakfast poor in range, coffee was dreadful.

Positive: Don’t know why the rating is only 8.9! This is a 10 resort!! As nice as I have stayed anywhere in the world & not ridiculous pricing. The room was wonderful & I REALLY appreciated the amenities like tea/teapot & water in our room. My gosh you had a shower cap & iron!! In room dining was great too!

Negative: I liked everything!

Summary: Recommended by a friend & we were NOT disappointed! Coming again with family for spring break!!

Positive: Firstly. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Answering our questions politely, accurately, and fast. Furthermore, the employees are very social, all of them greet me whenever i pass by, they make sure guests are comfortable and are having a great time, which helps my stay at the resort more helpful and memorable. The facilities that I have experienced are the game room, horse riding, atv, mini-zoo, garden. Game room was kind of small but just right. One pingpong table, billiard hockey table 2 arcade machines, basketball arcade machine and foosball. 2 sides of the rooms were mirror walls which was beautiful. Atv tracks were very fun to experience as there were obstacles. Unfortunately we couldn't ride on the beach shore because it was high tide during that time. The staff on the horse riding was very friendly and always tried to make the experience not awkward which was very good. Their mini zoom was a sight to see as well as their cultivated garden as i could see they were tended very well from my observation. The staff there were very professional. Their kayak was free but couldn't experience as time was running out and it was too hot. The room we checked in called Adelfa was beautiful, very clean, and pleasing fragrance. The bathroom has own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturizer dispenser and everything in the bathroom was working well. Food was very delicious breakfast buffet. Pet friendly resort! Overall every view within the resort was very beautiful and a sight to see especially the rooms.

Negative: So the room we checked in was Adelfa. It was a tiny house with 3 bedrooms. There were some minor damages to the cabinet and the table beside the main entrance door probably due to termites or old furniture. The refrigerator had no flat shelf which was very confusing. We couldn't store anything properly inside. The most thing i didn't like was the dining table because the table top made of glass slides which was very dangerous. We kept on holding the table top still when we were eating there. Very concerning and very prone to accidents. The pool at night was dark but not too dark could very almost not see properly and could not take night photos that well. Pool lighting was unluckily under going maintenance during that time which we were not informed. They told me that they have been like that for months now but is already on the way for new lights from management. There was a small fly that flew out of my ordered sandwiches when it came so kind of concerning but it was still okay food. Table infront of the outdoor bar at the left side was sinking down. We could not place our food properly there. Required to downpayment 10k php but refundable after checkout for pet. Pool size felt lacking as there was a bigger space. Pool felt kind of slimy at night and you could see the amount of dirt through the lights.
